AutomateNI is founded and organised by Callum Janes. Galvia Digital is the founding supporter. Community enquiries and newsletter permission are not transferred into Galvia marketing.
Optional analytics starts off. If enabled by the operator and allowed by you in Analytics settings, it counts fixed page categories and export formats through PostHog. It uses a fresh random event ID, not a stored visitor profile. No replay, autocapture, form text, email, planner content, query strings or referrers are sent. Withdrawing consent stops further collection; it does not erase events already counted.
Theme choice, analytics choice and any plan you explicitly save use local browser storage. Delete a plan from Workflow Planner or clear this site’s browser storage. Browser plans are not backed up by AutomateNI.
Private resource links expire after 24 hours. They are bearer links: anyone holding a link can use it until expiry. Form backup records expire after seven days. Production provider retention and deletion requests are handled by the organiser through Contact.
The static pages themselves do not require an account. Interactive calculators run in your browser and do not send their calculation inputs anywhere unless you later choose to submit a form.
Invited content editors use GitHub sign-in. Opening the enabled editor loads Decap from unpkg and stores drafts in the community GitHub repository for review. Ordinary visitors do not need an account. Do not put private information into a content draft, which may be visible in repository history.
Newsletter, speaker and sponsorship forms send the fields you submit to the configured AutomateNI workflow. Production may use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and Cloudflare KV as a short-term backup if the notification workflow is unavailable.
Newsletter sign-up is used for AutomateNI event dates and resource updates. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email.
AutomateNI uses Mailchimp for mailing-list subscriptions when the production integration is configured. Other form submissions can be forwarded through the AutomateNI workflow and retained temporarily in Cloudflare KV as a delivery backup.
