About AutomateNI
A Belfast-based community for people who like making repetitive things happen by themselves, whether the result is useful, ridiculous or both.

Show the thing.
AutomateNI is built around demos and experiments rather than speeches about the future of automation.
Useful and ridiculous projects are equally welcome: a Python script, a homemade controller, a volunteer rota, a sensor or a shortcut that makes somebody’s day easier. Bring an experiment or a failed attempt with a useful lesson. AI is one possible ingredient alongside code, electronics and everyday software.
Regular Automate and Tell nights should remain free wherever possible. Sponsors and hosts can help cover the room, food, drinks, photography and other practical costs without deciding what the community talks about.
